All coaching packages include a free 30-minute consultation. First intake session is 90 minutes and every subsequent session is 50 minutes.

Testing the waters

A 3-session bundle to help you give coaching a go, or to help with a specific goal you’re working on.

Going for laps

A 6-session package for doing extensive work and helping you with multiple areas in your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. In fact many people would still benefit from ADHD coaching as they undertake their journey toward an official diagnosis.

  • Both coaching and therapy are powerful interventions to support ADHDers. Coaching focuses on practical strategies for daily living and habit formation, drawing on principles similar to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) but without addressing psychological or emotional disorders.

    In contrast, licensed mental health professionals treat emotional regulation and co-occurring mental health conditions, offering diagnostic and therapeutic support. I cover more about this in this article.

  • Typically coaching is not covered under conventional health insurance. However, many people are able to claim the cost of coaching through Health or Wellness Spending Accounts.

    Many employers also now offer coaching as a benefit, so make sure to check with your HR team if you are employed.
