My ADHD and coaching journey

For years, I looked like a high achiever. I had made it to business leadership roles, worked at global businesses, and graduated from a demanding executive MBA.

But inside, I was quietly overwhelmed.

I was the smart kid who never learned how to study and the professional who needed stress to stay focused.

I spent two decades masking, driven by anxiety and urgency to meet expectations I couldn’t sustain.

In 2020, I finally had space to listen to what I’d long suspected. My diagnosis of ADHD gave me a powerful shift in perspective.

My ADHD wasn’t a flaw but the key to understanding myself. That moment changed everything and helped me transform my life into one I want to live.

My purpose now is to help people like me turn their struggles into strengths and live with clarity and authenticity.

If this resonates, know you’re not alone. I’d love to support your journey.
